When you’re ready to dine, you’re welcome to do that right on site, perfect for a romantic night out or grabbing a quick sandwich or picnic at the marketplace if you’d like to head out on the water for the day.
There’s also tennis; tennis is a great way to burn some calories, join in with the ones you love and catch some beautiful Florida rays. We have several tennis courts to serve all of your tennis needs located at the top of the parking garage on the north side of the property.

Many people that plan a vacation to the Majestic Beach Resort decide that this is a great place to have a permanent vacation home. Many of those people choose to purchase a condominium at the Majestic Beach Towers. Here’s what you need to know and what to bring to the Majestic Beach Towers.
You don’t need to bring your own sheets, towels and linens. All units have a full set of sheets, pillows, blankets as well as a pullout sleeper sofa in most units. The resort provides enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of gas per room type as well as hand and dishtowels for the kitchen if available.
There’s also dishes and cooking supplies in the kitchenette rooms. All of the guest rooms feature the same amenities. There is a hair dryer in the room.
When you check-in, you can certainly ask if you can get into your room earlier but typical check-in time is at 4:00 PM and checkout time is at 10:00 AM. You can request late checkouts at the front desk based on availability.
All residents must be at least 21 years of age or older in order to rent one of the units at the Majestic. However, you can bring as many children as you want. One exception is that they do allow married couples under the age of 21 to register if need be.
Although the Majestic Beach Towers does not offer its own shadow, transportation from the airport can be scheduled through Sunshine Shuttle at 850-650-6333.
There is no daily maid service that guests are provided with towels and linens for the duration of their stay. If you’d like to have daily maid service you can contact the front desk at 85-563-1000 but there may be additional fees depending on the number of bedrooms.
You can’t bring any additional beach items if you would like. Beach chairs are provided at additional cost. It’s a good idea to bring beach towels and any play toys for the beach.
Pets are not allowed in the building as many of the suites are privately owned. The only allowance is for service dogs.
Residents cannot bring coolers or beverages to the pool that they can bring them to the beach.
If you’re traveling with an infant, make sure you are aware that they do not offer cribs however there is a service called Baby’s Away, not affiliated with the resort who can assist with your infant needs. You can contact them at 205-577-0890.

If you’re looking for swimming but don’t want to go in the ocean, you can always enjoy the amazing swimming pools at the resort. There are five different pools for guests. There are two outdoor swimming pools including a kiddie pool or there are two indoor pools and hot tub.
You also won’t have to worry about missing any of your workouts while you’re staying here. There’s a fantastic fitness center that has state-of-the-art equipment and weights, perfect for the most challenging workout.
While there is no golf course directly at the resort, you are just seconds away from the Hombre golf club. This is one of Florida’s foremost championship golf resorts and host of the PGA Tour Qualifying School. There are 27 holes of championship golf surrounded by beautiful water and challenging courses. You can sign up for rentals, lessons and tee times.
Tennis is also an option. The courts are located at the top of the parking garage on the north side of the property and you can rent equipment from the front desk.
Send the kids to the arcade for the day to cool off after a long day in the sun. It’s a great way to challenge friends, or just let the kids play.
When you’re ready to unwind, sit back and relax as some of the most fantastic dining options. There’s the H2O Bar and Grill, which is open seasonally from 11:00 AM through 9:00 PM. It also includes an outdoor pool bar and waterfront service eating for lunch and dinner. Right across the street is the Firefly restaurant at the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Of course, the Majestic Market features Starbucks coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and gourmet sound shows open seven days a week from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
There are also family activities! Relax on the beach while you send the kids to the kids activity program. They have lessons, crafts, games and more. It runs Tuesday through Saturday during summer months.
