Lower Grand Lagoon and Upper Grand Lagoon are two communities located outside Panama City Beach of the Panama City metropolitan area.

The Upper Grand Lagoon is home to about 14,000 residents located on the northern side of Panama City Beach along the shores of St. Andrews Bay. The land itself comes out into a peninsula along Delwood Beach Road accessible by Highway 30 along Thomas Drive and Magnolia Beach Road. It stretches up into Northbay, across the highway to the border of Panama City Beach and South to the border of Lower Grand Lagoon. this location is full of residential homes, vacation properties and condominium rentals. There is a bridge from Upper Grand Lagoon to Lower Grand Lagoon along Thomas Drive practically in the middle of the peninsula. Thomas Drive connects the two and reconnects back at Highway 30. There are about 4000 residents in this smaller community and the median house value is roughly $210,000.
