It features five buildings built in 1974 offering one of the largest, private golf front Beach resorts just off Thomas Drive on the most requested east end of the beach. Building A is a mid-rise building with seven floors with westerly views of the beach and 63 units.
Building B is five floors with 40 condominiums and views of the pool and beach area.
Building C is a six-floor, 42 unit condominium building overlooking the pool with westerly views of the pool deck and beach.
Building D features 12 floors with 72 condos and direct ocean views.
Building D is the newest building with 21 floors and 120 condo units overlooking the beach.
Most condominiums feature two bedrooms or three bedrooms with two full baths accommodating 6 to 8 people. The three bedroom units are between 1750 ft.² in 1975 ft.² and sleeps 8 to 10 people.
