Ready to spend New Year’s Eve on the beach? If you are in Panama City Beach on New Year’s Eve, 2014 you can’t miss some of the amazing events and activities going on this December 31.

For starters, you can’t miss the New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop. This is happening at 600 Pier Park Dr. starting at 5:30 PM. Ring in the new year kicking off at 5:30 PM with a family celebration along the boardwalk. There will be interactive activities, giveaways, characters and live entertainment and music. At 8:00 PM you’ll enjoy a 10,000 inflated beach balls all along the waterfront creating one of the nation’s only family beach ball drops. This will be followed by an amazing fireworks display. At 8:30 PM the official countdown celebration will begin with live music throughout the evening. And of course, there will be a countdown just before midnight with an 800 pound LED lighted beach ball descending nearly 100 feet.

Nearly every restaurant and nightclub throughout Panama City Beach will be offering some sort of party, discounts, entertainment and food. At the Sandpiper Beacon events happen at the Tiki bar. Just steps away from some of the worlds most beautiful beaches enjoy lively, family-friendly partying, live music and ice cold drinks. Plus, the beach ball drop is a really close so you can enjoy a few drinks at the Tiki bar and head over to the beach ball drop.

Schooners Beach Club will be hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration with live bands, a midnight champagne toast, party favors and of course, the beach right outside the window. It’s a guaranteed good time.

The Spinnaker Beach Club and Paradise Grill is offering Bar Wars on New Year’s Eve. this unique event will feature live music by Big Richard. There will be no cover except for VIP card holders. There will be a complementary champagne toast at midnight with music, food, entertainment and more.

But again, the ball drop is really the highlight of Panama City Beach. This is something that everyone should experience one time in their life at least. With thousands of balls, hundreds of families and an amazing good time, this’ll be a 2014/2015 to remember.
